Welcome To Macintyre Horses
Fiona Macintyre who originates from Ayr spent some years in the continent on some top showjumping yards and also in southern Ireland on a national hunt yard schooling mainly young racehorses over fences. She also competed on well bred showjumpers during her stay in Ireland, and also enjoyed the occaisonal days hunting.
Her time away from home, were she says," extremely educational and I found it interesting the way top yards were operated and managed".
Puting this together with her interest in quality horses and ponies she is always on the search for new talent and finding suitable homes for them.
I also enjoy breaking and schooling young horses and take horses for pre training, I enjoy bringing out the best in them. She is now based at her own yard back in Ayrshire.
Fiona is also available for lessons, whether it be individual or group, from beginners to the more advanced levels.
